The Business Department of HSF Biotech held a growth symposium for new employees with the theme 'My Dream Of HSF'. The Company leaders and 14 new employees attended the symposium on July 19, 2023.
The symposium kicked off with a unique and distinctive self-introduction session, where colleagues who attended the symposium introduced themselves by associating their personalities with different animals. They delved into their character traits from various perspectives, setting a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for the discussion.
After hearing everyone's introductions, Manager of Mr. Aron Wang shared the growth journey of HSF Biotech and himself from four perspectives—adversity and growth, opportunities and challenges, teamwork and individuality, dreams and dedication. He emphasized that HSF Bitoech has thrived in challenging situations, thanks to the efforts of five shareholders and some veteran colleagues. The company's business has expanded continuously, and the workforce has grown. Currently, HSF is at an opportune moment for significant advancement. The Manager of Mr. Aron Wang encouraged each new employee to leverage their strengths, respect the team's choices while staying true to their individuality, collectively grow and adhere to their core values. They will strive to make HSF a global enterprise.
Following that, several new colleagues immediately continued the topic and shared their growth experiences since joining HSF Bitoech. They described entering HSF with a sense of confusion and bewilderment but gradually finding their footing within the company. Through the support and understanding of their colleagues and superiors, they have grown steadily. They expressed their pride in joining HSF Biotech and hoped to bring their newfound strength to the next of employees who will join the company. In order to motivate and assist the new employees of the Business Department of HSF in their rapid growth and address their concerns, a "Future Stars" cultivation plan has been proposed during the shareholders' meeting and announced by Manager Mr. Aron Wang of the Marketing Department. The plan aims to provide a platform for self-expression and unleash the energy, potential, and creativity of the employees. It includes support systems and initiatives from the perspectives of work, life, and other aspects. The plan upholds the principles of co-creation, sharing, and mutual success as the guiding philosophy of the company.
