On June 27th, the conference took place in the meeting room of Workshop A2 in HSF Biotech Second Industrial Park. A total of 26 participants, including members of the Board of Directors and department heads and supervisors from R&D Department, Quality-Control Department , Marketing Team, Production Department, and Purchasing Department, attended the conference.

The conference emphasized that HSF Biotech has attached great importance to quality and safety work in recent years. Quality and safety are the foundation of HSF's survival and development. The conference required all staff members to pay high attention to quality and safety. It was emphasized that all aspects related to quality and safety work should be strictly controlled throughout the entire process. Specific work should be implemented with regulations, procedural systems, and disciplinary constraints. During the conference, supervisors from the production, quality, and R&D departments spoke about the problems existing in production, sales, market, and proposed effective measures to strengthen product quality control. The aim was to address these issues from the source and ensure that the responsibilities for quality and safety were implemented at the unit, department, and individual levels. This would continuously enhance HSF's ability to control product quality. The conference put forth two specific requirements: 1. From the company's senior management to every employee, there must be a clear understanding of the severe situation regarding quality and safety work. Awareness of quality and safety should be enhanced, and safety management should be strengthened to prevent major accidents and quality and safety incidents. 2. The focus should be on implementing HSF’s requirements for quality and safety production, strict control measures, and ensuring the safe management of quality-related operations in the second half of the year. Comprehensive assessments must be carried out to ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards.

Quality is to a company which means health is to human life – both important. It is the soul of the company's development and the core of its competitiveness. It is related to the company's profitability, development, and even survival. It also affects the physical and mental health of as well as our daily lives. As goes, quality reflects one's character, and character determines quality. Quality determines survival! HSF's quality and safety conference not only shows reverence for quality and safety but also represents strict requirements for its own production. Safety and development will always be the pursuit of HSF Biotech. Further the positive interaction between quality and safety, the company's development is the responsibility and commitment that HSF Biotech, as a health raw material company, should have.
