Mixed Tocopherols(natural vitamin E is an important fat-soluble antioxidant ingredient ，Mainly in corn oil, soybean oil and olive oil; It contains four main components ，they are alpha-tocopherol、beta-tocopherol、gamma-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol.All components of Tocopherols have phenolic hydroxyl group structure，high activity of oxidation reaction，and can be oxidized in place of other substances，to protect other substances from oxidation.
